What to expect from our hog roast hire and catering service
Our team of qualified hog roast chefs will arrive and set-up the rotisserie at a pre-agreed time. We source the finest pigs from our approved farms, preparing the meat for spit-roasting in our special rotisserie. We can cook the hog at your venue or home.
All of our hogs are roasted to perfection for a period of up to 6-7 hours. We then carve the meat straight from our piping hot roaster directly onto your plate. The smell and taste will keep your guests coming back for more – and don’t forget the crackling!
