Menus Hog Roasts

1. DIY Traditional Hog Roast

Fancy cooking your own hog roast? With this option, an orchard-fed whole hog is delivered to your door, complete with your hog roasting kit. This includes the hog roast machine, a 19kg gas bottle, and some words of wisdom from our chefs on how to get the best from your cooking experience. Delivery and collection are included.

2. Traditional Hog Roast

A whole orchard-fed whole hog, seasoned and slowly roasted and served by our professional chefs with hearty apple sauce and crispy crackling in fresh bread rolls for an unbeatable combination of flavours.

3. Traditional Hog Roast Package

This fully catered hog roast menu includes an orchard-fed whole pig, seasoned and slow-cooked over the roasting machine for six hours. When the meat is ready, it is carved and served in a fresh bread roll with satisfying crackling and our signature apple sauce.

All our hog roasts include our famous garlic and rosemary-roasted potatoes.

High-quality bio-gradable cutlery are plates are included.

Canapés (A choice of 3 from our BBQ stations, you receive 5 per person)

Main Course

  • The Traditional Hog Roast seasoned and slowly cooked with the crackling and then served in a soft/crusty/brown/Gluten-free fresh rolls with apple sauce.
  • Please note that we also have yummy Vegetarian and Vegan alternatives. For eg. A Grilled Miso and Maple Syrup Aubergine, Jack Fruit burgers and vegan burgers.
  • Roast Potatoes with fresh rosemary, garlic and sea-salt.

Event Catering Rothwell

Spit roasted whole salt marsh lamb seasoned and studded with garlic and rosemary before cooking. The marinade brings out the flavours and natural sweetness, and each lamb is served with fresh mint and yoghurt dressing in a fresh bread roll. Each lamb can be eaten and enjoyed by between 30 to 35 people, giving reasonable size portions.

Free-range rotisserie chickens marinaded in hot Peri Peri or Tuscan spices for an extra kick before being cooked. Served with a choice of three side dishes.
